Spinal Pain
Spinal pain refers to any pain in the neck, upper back and lower back. Often, people will experience referred pain into the arms or legs. Sometimes the pain may be accompanied by pins and needles, numbness or weakness.

Spinal pain can be debilitating - affecting not just recreational activities, but making even day to day tasks difficult.
The pain may be coming from the bones, joints, ligaments, muscles or tendons in the back. When the nerves coming out of the spine are affected, we also experience sensations such as tingling, numbness, pins and needles, or weakness.
Most cases of spinal pain will resolve with physiotherapy. When this is not the case, we will guide further management such as imaging and specialist referrals.
