Service Description
A specialised form of massage that uses a combination of light and deep pressure, myofascial and trigger point release, and muscle energy techniques to reduce muscle tension and pain and restore movement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment and no shows will be required to compensate for this appointment before making another session booking. Please arrive on time for your appointment - your appointment time may be cut short if you arrive late. Please take a seat in the waiting room and a therapist will be out to see you at the time of your appointment. Please do not enter the treatment room whilst it is being used.
