Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice, your deposit can be moved to the new appointment time. If you do not provide 24 hours notice to reschedule, or cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. Please attend for your appointment on time. If you are late, your appointment may be cut short. When entering the clinic, if no one is available at the front desk, please take a seat and help yourself to refreshments and wait to be seen. Please do not enter the clinic area as someone may be being treated.
